WHAT WE DO

Tired little ones make for tired parents.  The full sleep assessment, included with every package, takes into account each family's schedule.  This allows for customization of each sleep plan to set each family up for success.  Phone consultations allow for a collaboration with parents, getting to know each family, and learning parent preferences.  Sleeping little ones make for sleeping parents.

We offer different levels of support, all customized for your child.  Whether your child is waking multiple times throughout the night, will not fall asleep on their own in their own sleep space, or simply cannot get on a good schedule, we have a plan for you.  We also offer plans to ease transitions like eliminating a nap or moving from a crib to a toddler bed.  

I am a Registered Nurse specializing in the care of infants.  My passion for educating and empowering parents fueled my desire to further my knowledge and become a Sleep Consultant!  I am certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting.  I do not practice true Cry It Out techniques.  For safety, I follow all American Academy of Pediatrics Safe Sleep Recommendations.
